Before diving into application, it is crucial to establish that the color magenta is merely an optical illusion produced by our eyes. 

Between red and blue on the color wheel, the purplish-red-crimson color is particularly unique since it does not appear in the visible spectrum of light and has no associated wavelength. Rather, it is interpreted as a combination of red and blue on a physiological and psychological level. In that sense, magenta is a myth. 

While it doesn’t exist according to the science of the human eye, our carpet experts have been designing with C303, the Royal Thai Viva Magenta equivalent, for years now.
