Royal Thai story
Rooted in deep tradition and with our name taken from the year Royal Thai was founded, Royal Thai was created to provide clients with products and services tailored to their specific needs.
Founded in 1967 by the Srivikorn family (Thailand Carpet Manufacturing Plc.), the Royal Thai adventure began among challenges and possibilities, inspired by Thailand’s rich cultural past and a desire to present the highest quality, in all we do.
With offices and design studios all over the world, our custom carpets grace the floors of hotels, airports, casinos, performing arts and convention centers, and even homes – we’ve grown into a global brand that redefines how the world experiences carpeting wherever people gather.
Masterful Weaves: Insights into Hand Tufted Carpets
Hand tufted carpets demand to be touched. Our understanding of yarns, our ability to match any color plus our highly-skilled hand tufters and carvers means that designs can be accurately interpreted to realize the client’s or the designer’s vision. The flexibility of the hand-tufting gun allows us to follow complex curved patterns and create intricate details.
Every step of the process has been rigorously honed–the end result? A hand-made product that exceeds expectations and will last for decades.
